    Jocelyn is an associate at ALG. Her practice focuses on a broad range of criminal and regulatory matters.

    Before joining the firm, Jocelyn articled at the Crown Law Office – Criminal (Toronto) and clerked at the Supreme Court of Canada for Justice Michael J. Moldaver.

    Jocelyn graduated from Queen's University Faculty of Law. Throughout law school she sought out opportunities in criminal law, including mooting in and coaching the Gale Cup Moot, clerking for justices of the Ontario Court of Justice, and working as a research assistant for a criminal law professor. She authored an article in 2020 about the mental disorder defence published in the Criminal Law Quarterly. Jocelyn received a number of awards during her time at Queen's, including course prizes in criminal procedure and criminal trial advocacy as well as the silver medal for academic standing in her second and third years of law school.
