WORLD BANK’S APPEAL OVER SNC-LAVALIN TO BE HEARD BY SUPREME COURT

What happens when the RCMP outsources part of its investigation to the World Bank, but the World Bank refuses to disclose any of its investigative file to the accused? The Supreme Court will have to answer this question in 2016.
