MONTREAL CRIMINAL CASE HIGHLIGHTS POLICE USE OF IMSI CATCHERS
Disclosure in a Montreal criminal case, on which Frank was lead defence counsel, reveals a police practice of using of IMSI catchers to obtain information about suspects’ cellphones.
