LYNDA MORGAN TO CO-CHAIR OPD SYMPOSIUM ON TECH CRIME AND ELECTRONIC EVIDENCE

ALG’s Lynda Morgan is co-chair of Osgoode Professional Development‘s 14th National Symposium on Tech Crime and Electronic Evidence. The event will take place online on October 1, 2021.

The symposium offers a deep dive into critical issues and responses involving the latest technologies, computer crimes and e-Evidence. Lynda joins Susheel Gupta of the RCMP and Steven Johnston of Alberta’s Specialized Prosecutions Branch in chairing the event.

Lynda is an expert in search & seizure and technology issues in Canadian criminal law, having previously spoken at numerous conferences on the subject.
