ALG’s Frank Addario is featured in an August 5 article in the Globe and Mail on the Meng Wanzhou extradition case. Frank and his co-counsel are in British Columbia Supreme Court in Vancouver this week for an abuse-of-process motion. As Sean Fine reports in the Globe, Ms. Meng’s defence team allege that the United States deliberately misled Canada about the evidence justifying the detention and extradition.
