FRANK ADDARIO AT THE SUPREME COURT
Frank Addario appeared at the Supreme Court of Canada in the Groia appeal for the Criminal Lawyers’ Association. He argued that defence counsel have to be treated differently than other lawyers because of their unique role and that the test adopted by the law society “doesn’t do enough to protect zealous defence lawyering in a criminal trial.” Read more about the case here. the CLA’s factum is here.
