Lynda’s article provides considerations and tips for lawyers defending “project” cases with voluminous disclosure and multiple judicial authorizations. Lynda notes: “After the dust settles, the trickle of disclosure begins. In a project case, there is often no discernible pattern to what gets disclosed and when. You may receive the same disclosure multiple times, while your focused disclosure requests disappear into the ether. Defence counsel’s role is to parse through the documents most efficiently to determine if there is a defence.”
