CHIEF JUSTICE MCLACHLIN RECEIVES G. ARTHUR MARTIN AWARD
The Criminal Lawyers’ Association awarded Chief Justice McLachlin the G. Arthur Martin Award Criminal Justice Medal today. Frank Addario, recipient of the award in 2016, nominated the Chief Justice for her unwavering dedication to judicial independence and the protection of individual legal rights.
