ALG's Lynda Morgan is presenting at two courses on search and seizure and digital evidence law this week.
On March 28, 2023 Lynda will be a panelist at an Advocates' Society course on Digital Evidence for Litigators. Lynda will present as part of a panel on using and challenging digital forensic experts with Justice Renee Pomerance of the Superior Court of Justice and Ryan Duquette of MNP.
On March 30-31, 2023, Lynda will be a co-chair and presenter at Osgoode Professional Development's Annual Intensive Course on Drafting and Reviewing Search Warrants. Lynda will present on foundational principles of search and seizure with Jennifer Conroy of the Public Prosecution Service of Canada.
Lynda is an expert in search & seizure and technology issues in Canadian criminal law. She has spoken at numerous courses and conferences on the subject and acts as a co-chair of the annual Osgoode Tech Crime Conference.
