ALG's Frank Addario and Samara Secter are presenters at the Law Society of Ontario's Six-Minute Criminal Lawyer program on April 29, 2023. The program features Crown and defence counsel, judges, legal scholars, and law enforcement discussing the latest developments in Canadian criminal law. Samara will present an update on excluding evidence under section 24(2) of the Charter. Frank will join Crown Attorney Karen Papadopoulos to debate the current law on improper Crown questioning of witnesses.
