ALG’s Samara Secter is a panelist at a continuing professional development program on directors’ and officers’ liability. Samara will speak on a panel on navigating concurrent proceedings affecting a corporation.
The Law Society of Ontario is presenting the program. The co-chairs of the program are Simon Bieber (Adair Goldblatt Bieber LLP) and Nader Hasan (Stockwoods LLP). The faculty includes practitioners in criminal and white collar defence, employment law, and civil litigation.
