ALG’s Lynda Morgan will present at the High Technology Crime Investigation Association’s 2020 Canada Cyber Summit on May 6, 2020. Lynda will join Susheel Gupta (Senior Strategic Operations Advisor, RCMP) and Steve Johnson (Crown Prosecutor, Specialized Prosecutions Branch, Alberta Ministry of Justice) as part of the panel.
Lynda is an expert in search & seizure and technology issues in Canadian criminal law, having previously spoken at numerous conferences on the subject. She acts as a co-chair of the annual Osgoode Professional Development Tech Crime Conference.
The HTCIA is a global organization formed to foster collaboration and education for professionals involved in preventing, prosecuting, and defending high-tech crimes.
