ALG’s Laura Metcalfe is a speaker at the Law Society of Ontario’s “Impaired and Over 80” continuing professional development seminar on December 4, 2021. Laura will speak on a panel with Mabel Lai (Crown Law Office – Criminal) and the Honourable Justice Jeanine LeRoy of the Ontario Court of Justice. Laura’s presentation will focus on section 10(b) of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms and the right to call a lawyer at the roadside after a stop.
