Lynda Morgan to Chair Osgoode National Symposium on Tech Crime and E-Evidence

ALG's Lynda Morgan is a speaker and co-chair at the upcoming 15th National Symposium on Tech Crime and E-Evidence on October 14, 2022. The event is presented by Osgoode Professional Development. The faculty includes defence lawyers, Crown counsel, tech experts, and law enforcement. 

Lynda will co-chair the symposium with Susheel Gupta of the RCMP and Steven Johnston of Alberta's Specialized Prosecutions Branch. Lynda will also speak on a panel with Lisa Henderson of Ontario's Crown Law Office - Criminal. The panel will address digital evidence topics, including authenticating data, challenging Crown evidence, and preserving evidence for trial.
