FRANK ADDARIO AND MEGAN SAVARD REPRESENT RAED JASER IN SUCCESSFUL APPEAL
Frank Addario and Megan Savard represented Raed Jaser in his successful appeal to the Ontario Court of Appeal. On August 27, a unanimous panel of the Court overturned Mr. Jaser’s conviction and granted a new trial on the grounds that the trial court improperly constituted the jury. Megan Savard told CBC that the decision shows that fair jury selection is a “hallmark of Canadian justice.” Read the decision here.
